Confirmation a period of instruction that is designed to help baptized Christians identify with the life and mission of the Christian community. At the end of the Confirmation program, teenagers take part in a public rite of the church that marks the next step in their lives as followers of Jesus Christ.
The Confirmation program generally covers children who are in grades 6-8. though older children without prior instruction can be brought into the program. All children meet for instruction on Sunday mornings at 9:00 a.m. In addition, eighth grade students meet with the pastor after school on Wednesdays.
A meeting for the parents of children in the Confirmation program will be held on Monday, August 24 at 8:30 p.m. Please contact the pastor with any questions you have.
